Policy Notice: 1. Arrive at least 10 minutes early for registration. Thank you! ❤ 2. Reschedule at least 8 hours in advance, or you’ll need to book again and forfeit your payment. You can only reschedule once within a week of your original booking, subject to availability. 3. As our slots are limited, we kindly ask for your understanding in being punctual. 4. No refunds, except in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Safety rules: • Kids under 12 must be with an adult. • No outside pets, flash photography, or feeding our huskids. • Please don’t carry the huskids or • No bringing outside food/drinks. 🌟 Our furkids are trained to remain calm during sessions for everyone’s safety and will greet you and settle down for petting and cuddling. We’ll also take a group photo at the end!
