Policy Notice: 1.ā ā Arrive at least 10 minutes early for registration. Thank you! ā¤ 2.ā ā Reschedule at least 8 hours in advance, or youāll need to book again and forfeit your payment. You can only reschedule once within a week of your original booking, subject to availability. 3.ā ā As our slots are limited, we kindly ask for your understanding in being punctual. 4.ā ā No refunds, except in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Safety rules: ā¢ā ā Kids under 12 must be with an adult. ā¢ā ā No outside pets, flash photography, or feeding our huskids. ā¢ā ā Please donāt carry the huskids or ā¢ā ā No bringing outside food/drinks. š Our furkids are trained to remain calm during sessions for everyoneās safety and will greet you and settle down for petting and cuddling. Weāll also take a group photo at the end!
